Trident Voice Notifications



Depending on your notification group configuration, Trident can call you in the event of a water alarm or SBS lost communication. Voice notifications will only go out at the intitial detection of a water alarm and all future notifications (for the same alarm event) will be via text and email.

When a phone call is initiated, Trident will attempt to reach a recipient on the calling tree. If not one is reached, the system will attempt 1 more time by default. This number of retries can be changed within a notification group. If a user picks up the phone call, they will have 2 options-to acknowledge the alarm or to forward the call to the next recipient on the calling tree.
