Trident Dashboard

Trident Dashboard

The Trident Dashboard is the landing page for users once they login to the Trident Platform. In the image below, we have broke the Dashboard into 9 section for us to better understand. A user may have visibility to an access group (multiple Trident Systems or buildings) and the Dashboard will reflect all the systems or buildings in that users access group.

  1. Navigation Sidebar- The sidebar is static and will be visible across all other pages on the Trident Platform. This makes navigating easy once you have left the Dashboard. You can find more information for each of the sidebar categories within our knowledge base.
  2. Total devices- The total number of each device type are displayed here. You can select a specific device to view the device overview page. Another way to navigate to device overviews is from the Devices category on the sidebar.
  3. Building(s)- This is the total number of buildings in this access group.
  4. Floors- This is the total number of floors with sensors installed within this access group.
  5. Lost communication- Number of devices that are currently in a lost communication state. Lost communication can also be found in the Alerts category on the sidebar.

  6. Open alarms- Number of devices currently in alarm. This may include a water or valve alarm (valve disconnected, failed open/close). Open alarms can also be found under Alarms on the sidebar.

  7. Open alerts- Number of devices with low or critical batteries. You can also find open alerts under the Alerts category on the sidebar.
