Maintenance Level Agreement (MLA)

Maintenance Level Agreement (MLA)

A Maintenance Level Agreement (MLA) can be agreed upon by The Detection Group and our customers. We offer several levels of the MLA based on your specific needs. Having an agreement in place ensures your system is serviced regularly along with other benefits.

Benefits of having a service level agreement include

  • Regular scheduled site visits to perform maintenance and audits
  • Remote support
  • Priority response to onsite visit requests
  • Discount on future product and system expansion
To inquire about implementing an MLA at your site, please submit a Support Ticket through our Support Widget with the subject SLA. You may also email support@thedetectiongroup.com to open a ticket.
