Endpoint Test Mode
An endpoint (sensor or valve controller) can be placed into a test mode by following the steps below. This allows end users to audit and test the functionality of their Trident system on a regular basis.
- Place the endpoint into "test mode" by pressing and holding the water droplet button for 20 seconds.
- The device will remain in test mode for 120 seconds and automatically reset to active mode.
- Any alarms that occurs during the test period will not send notifications.
- All alarm details and timestamps will be captured within the Trident Platform.
- Within the water alarm report, test alarms are indicated by this icon.
