Runaway Alarms


If an alarm has not been silenced within 24 hours in addition to the notifications sent every lockout period (typically 30 minutes) an email message will be sent to the System Champion.



  • 24 Hours send an email to System Champion identifying the alarm with information on how to silence. 

  • 48 Hours send an email to System Champion identifying the alarm with information on how to silence. If the alarm status is leak clear an automated remote silence message is sent to the device.

  • 72 Hours send an email to System Champion identifying the alarm with information on how to silence.  No matter the state of the alarm send a remote silence to the device.
