Water leaks are the single most common operating problem in commercial and multi-family buildings and result in more insurance claims than fire and theft combined. All sources of water have the possibility of leak. Inevitably, they happen when it's least convenient, in the middle of the night or over the weekend. And when you add the possibility of mold growth with the potential loss of business reputation, the costs can become staggering.
