How do I troubleshoot an SBS lost communication?
When an Smart Base Station (SBS) has reported lost communication, it will impact any other devices on the system. Until this issue is resolved, you will not be notified in the event of a water alarm. Please address this issue ASAP.
The following are the suggested troubleshooting steps to try and resolve an SBS lost communication.

Suggested Troubleshooting
Verify that the SBS is connected to an energized outlet.
Verify that the network cable is securely connected to the SBS.
Verify that the network, that the SBS is connected to, is online. Contact your network team to verify.
Unplug the network and power connections to the SBS, reconnect both after 20 seconds.
Log in to the Trident Platform to view system status (after the steps above) and device locations.
