How do I make changes to my notification recipients?

How do I make changes to my notification recipients?

Notification recipients are easily managed by an end user with the Function Admin access level. From the sidebar->Groups->Notification recipients.
If you do not have Function Admin rights, you will not be able to make changes to notification recipients.
Update a recipients information
To update name, phone number or email address, you will need to navigate to a specific notification recipient profile. Under the Info tab you will be able to update their information. If you need to update an email address that has login access, you will first need to revoke login from the Login tab, then enter the new email on the Info tab, and finally Grant login access back on the Login tab.

Deactivating a recipients profile will impact the following.
  1. Disable login access
  2. Disable all notifications. Recipient will still show within a notification group and indicated as inactive with a red X.

Vacation Mode
Select the Vacation tab. You can place a user on vacation if they do not wish to receive alarm notifications during an extended period. Email reports are still generated during the vacation period.

Login Access
To grant or revoke a users login access, select the Login tab. This will not remove a user from notification group(s).

System Champion Tag
A system champion tag should be assigned to a recipient if they are the person in charge of the leak detection system for one or multiple buildings. Each Trident system should have at least one system champion. As a safety, System Champions will receive notifications, for their building, if a device goes into alarm and is not part of a notification group. Select the System Champion tab and select the system/building the user is responsible for.
System Champions will still need to be added to the appropriate notification group(s).

Change Recipient Notifications
To make changes to the types of notifications a recipient will receive, please see the Notification Groups solution article below.
