How do I reset my Trident password?





There are two ways to reset your Trident Platform password
  1. On the Trident login screen select forgot password or go to the link below.
  2. Any Trident user with a user type of Function Admin can reset another user's password using the Resend welcome email feature under the login tab of the desired notification recipient. This will trigger a password reset email to be sent to the email address in the user's recipient profile.



Explanation- In the screenshot above, we can see Kyle Perry is setup with a notification recipient profile. Under his login tab, the user type is set to Function Admin. This means that Kyle can grant login access and resend welcome emails for any other users that are a part of this access group. In addition, Kyle would be able to create new recipients and make any changes to existing recipient profiles.
