Define Alarm

Defining Alarms is an important step in an alarm response. By defining an alarm you will be able to select the cause and severity of the leak as well as make any notes. 

 

  • To define an alarm
    • Go to the alarm details from one of the following
      • Under a device details page, select the alarms tab. Select the desired alarm.
      • From the dashboard, select open alarms (device must be in alarm for this option to be available).
      • Generate an alarm report from the reports-water alarms on the sidebar. Select the correct timestamp of the alarm you wish to define.
