Updating Profile Information





Making sure your Profile information is up to date is critical to receiving alarms and notifications in the event of a water alarm. To update your profile such as your name, email address, text phone or voice phone, following these steps.

 
  1. Select profile from the top right menu bar.
  2. After you’ve added the updated details, click save.
All notification groups you are active in will be updated with the new information

 Changing your email address through the Profile option WILL NOT update your Trident login username. To update your login username you will need to navigate to your notification recipient profile - login tab to revoke your old email address, then grant login access for your new email.
